The user may, by using any means of communication, cancel an order placed by using the Store, so that it is not executed, if it has not already been executed (concerns orders that are in the “Pending” stage). Orders that are in the process of “In progress” or “On shipment” have already begun to be designed and manufactured or have already been sent, so they can no longer be cancelled.
Return of products
The user has the right to return the product/s purchased, without compensation and without being obliged to notify the reason for which he wishes to return, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The return applies to the whole product and cannot be exercised only in part (eg in accessories). To be able to return a product, the following must apply and take place:
- The product should be in its original condition and packaging as received.
- The product must not have been used or any intervention / modification made since it was received
- The product should not be worn beyond the test where applicable (eg earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc.)
- If the product comes with a gift, it should be returned with the product
- You must have proof of purchase / invoice

The return of the product is done exclusively at your own risk, either by bringing it yourself to the above address, or by regular mail, or by courier company provided it arrives at our headquarters within 14 days. Please make sure the packaging of the shipment is secure so as not to cause any damage during transport. The Company is not responsible for the loss or destruction of the product during the transfer. The purchase receipt / invoice must also be included in the package.
Shipping costs / expenses in all the above cases are borne by you
When we receive the product, we will refund your money within 14 days in the same way as the transaction was made during the purchase. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, you will indicate an account in the name of the consumer who placed the order to credit the amount. The money that will be credited is the price at which the product was purchased. Shipping or cash on delivery costs or any other costs paid during the transaction are not refundable.

Return of defective products

Otherwise, the return will not be possible. The return costs is borne by the company. A necessary condition for the return to be accepted is that the product is in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
